Event Guidelines & Information

Is there a calendar available for scheduling?

Yes. We maintain a calendar to help coordinate available dates for events and speaking engagements.

Who covers the travel expenses?

The hosting organization is asked to cover travel-related expenses such as airfare, meals, and local transportation.

Is lodging required for multi-day events?

Yes. If the seminar or event extends beyond two days, lodging should be provided by the host organization.

Is a love offering required?

A love offering from the congregation is appreciated, but it is not required. It simply supports the ongoing ministry work.

Are donations to the ministry tax-deductible?

Yes. Donations made to the ministry are tax-deductible and will be properly acknowledged.
